Spyros Mello is the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Coca-Cola HBC (CCHBC), a leading bottler of The Coca-Cola Company based in Zug, Switzerland. CCHBC, is a FTSE 100 company with a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange. Spyros joined CCHBC in 2005 and he is now leading a team of approximately 120 legal professionals across the 28 countries of CCHBC. He started his legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a leading New York law firm, where he was an associate between 1999 and 2005. He is a member of the Athens Bar and the New York Bar. He holds a LL.B. from Athens Law School, a LL.M. from Cambridge University and a LL.M. from Columbia Law School. He is also a graduate of the General Management Program of Harvard Business School. Since 2017, Spyros is a Teaching Fellow at ALBA Business School where he teaches Anti-trust Law and Corporate Legal Counselling
