Eirini Koufaki is the Country HR Head for Siemens S.A.
Her career in Siemens started in November 2010. Soon she undertook important projects and initiatives derived both locally and centrally. Culture change, Re-skilling/ Up-skilling, Internal Communication, Employer Branding and HR Digitalization were some of the programs that she was running. She had the change to get acquainted with two other multinational environments through GlaxoSmithKline Greece, as a Compensation & Benefits Professional and Cadbury Greece.

She holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business, which she finished with honors. She also holds a BA degree in Business Administration from University of Piraeus and has completed a professional diploma - MiniMBA from Alba Graduate Business School.
