Vassilis Papakonstantinou is a technology entrepreneur and investor with a solid engineering and business background. He is the partner responsible for technology at Blue Dome Capital (BDC), investing in technology transfer and innovation-driven ventures across Central and South-Eastern Europe. He also leads P Square Ventures, a boutique technology consulting firm focused on digital transformation through advanced AI, and co-founded COGNITOR AI, a passive authentication startup using machine learning and behavioral biometrics. Vassilis has led investments with two multi-X exits and serves on the boards of deep-tech companies. He co-founded the Athens-based StartSmart South Eastern Europe (formerly MIT Enterprise Forum Greece) and the Boston-based Hellenic Innovation Network. A research affiliate at MIT, he teaches entrepreneurship at the National Technical University of Athens and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at NCSR Demokritos. He holds engineering and management degrees from NTUA and MIT.
