As the Global COO for the KPMG Customer Centre of Excellence I help to develop, lead and execute our strategy and plans. I am responsible for building and supporting our 2000+ community of global customer practitioners. This involves growing our share of voice and raise awareness of our key messages both internally and externally acting as an advocate for our propositions and point of view; I lead the customer training program for each of our propositions and methodologies to grow and align our global skills; I support strategic sales pursuits so our teams can help clients around the world and across different industries to compete for growth by putting their #CustomerFirst.
