Steve Kerry is the Engagement, Training & Programme Manager within the Ethics and Compliance Team at Rolls-Royce plc. He has been with Rolls-Royce for 13 years and been in the Ethics and Compliance team for 5 years, prior to this he held a number of positions within the Human Resources function.  One of his current main responsibilities is around internal and external engagement, he communicates and engages with a range of internal stakeholders within Rolls-Royce to ensure the messaging around Ethics and Compliance is present and ongoing in all relevant programmes across the organisation. He’s also responsible for external engagement, a regular attendee at many external events. Another area of responsibility is designing, developing and deploying training to support the programme to all employees.
