Στέφανος Παντελιάδης

Group CEO, OPTIMA

Born in May 1973, he finished the German School in Athens (Gymnasium and Lyceum), and then studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business with a major in Marketing. 

After graduating in 1995, he took an MBA at the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. He is married, with two daughters.

In May 2000 he assumes the role of CEO in OPTIMA, one of the family business entities, specializing in the distribution and marketing of chilled food products.

Today he is responsible for the whole production and distribution side of the family business, which includes two food distribution companies in Greece, three cheese production sites, one olive oil packing facility, two sheep&goat farms, and three small distribution subsidiaries abroad (total turnover of €240mil, app. 550 staff). 

From 2021 to 2024 he served as the Chairman of the American Farm School of Thessaloniki. He remains a Trustee and first VP.

He is also involved in startups and new businesses in various sectors as a financial or strategic investor.
