Stathis Efthymiou is the Marketing & Communications Director in Heron Energy, member of GEK TERNA. He has a significant track record of 25 years in managerial positions in services’ industries: energy, telecoms and banking.  He has an expertise in a broad spectrum of fields, covering customer retention / loyalty, customer experience, product management, go-to-market propositions and marketing communications. Before joining Heron, he had worked for Wind Hellas, hellas online, Vodafone, Citibank and Shell Hellas. He holds the Professional MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, M.Sc. in Computing Science from Imperial College and diploma in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens.
