Born and raised in North Africa, studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Athens. Polly has a broad experience spanning over 20 years in Human Resources Management, having held roles of increasing responsibility in the function - Head of Talent Acquisition, Business Excellence Manager for the implementation of large technology and cultural transformation projects, HR Business partner, HR Director Nestlé Greece and South European Region. Polly has been in her current role at the Nestlé Headquarters in Switzerland since 2018.
