Poly is a Digital Experience Lead at Microsoft, responsible for Central East Europe (CEE) region. Her role, as the key ‘Digital Business Partner’ to CEE leadership, is to drive the change and digital transformation, on behalf of the company’s strategy, at a regional level. Being the key point of contact for all business units in CEE, Poly drives envisioning, delivery and adoption of new digital experiences.
In the past, Poly was working at OTE Group and she was responsible for the Process Improvement Division. The role of the division was to provide process simplification and operational transformation, for OTE Group companies and ICT customers. In addition to this role at OTE Group, Poly was also leading the IT Innovation Center which aim was to deliver Innovation to OTE Group customers and employees, in order to improve people's lives and enhance the technological brand of the company. Before that, Poly has worked in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers Greece and IBM Global Services UK, for engagements in service areas such as organisation & operations, process improvement and IT strategy.
