Penny Gialakidi is a Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience in shaping strategic solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, people development, succession planning, instructional design and training, organizational effectiveness and employer branding. Having worked in different industries in Greece and the UK, ranging from Education to Telecoms, IT and Manufacturing, she joined Alpha Bank in 2021 as Head of the Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management Function. Recently, she has assumed additional responsibility over Learning & Development and Change Management, actively contributing to the cultural transformation of the Bank. She holds a BA in Psychology from the American College of Greece, an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Nottingham Business School and an MA in Careers Guidance from the University of Reading, England. She is an avid learner, a positive thinker, and a strong promoter of matters of equity and inclusion in the workplace.
