Panagiotis drives profitable growth and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical sector, with a 28-year track record spanning multinational pharma leadership and mid-market turnarounds. As Deputy CEO of Lavipharm since 2024, he architects business development and market expansion operating across Greece, EU, and emerging markets. Under his leadership as COO and Country Manager (2019–2024), Lavipharm transformed operational performance through disciplined execution, strategic portfolio management, and a results-driven culture.
Previously, as General Manager for Greece and Bulgaria at Angelini Pharma Hellas (2008–2019), he led the post-acquisition integration of Faran, repositioning the Greek affiliate as a top global performer and earning multiple industry awards. His career foundation was built at Boehringer Ingelheim (1996–2008), where he rose from Medical Representative to Director of Sales, mastering the commercial fundamentals that underpin strategic leadership.
Panagiotis serves on the Boards of SFEE - Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (2018-today) and EFEX (2016-2020), shaping policy and industry standards. He holds a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from La Verne University, California (1993), bringing analytical rigor and systems thinking to pharmaceutical strategy.
