Othon Manis joined Titan Cement Group in 2001. He has the role of Group Data and Digital Innovation & Technology Director in Group Digital Center of Competence department at Titan Cement Company. He hold the position of Manufacturing Digitization & Data Management Director of Group Digital Center of Competence (Jan 2020-Aug 2024). He spent 6 years as Process Automation Manager, head of Process Automation Department of Group Engineering & Technology (2014-2020). He spent 5 years as Automation Project Leader of Group Engineering & Technology in management of automation activities in both Albania and Kosovo Titan plants (2009-2014). He spent 8 years as Automation Engineer in Technical Department of Titan plant in Thessaloniki (2001-2009).

Prior to joining Titan Cement Company, Othon spent 1 year as Electronic & Automation Engineer in Technical Department of North Greek Publishing Company S.A. at Industrial area of Kilkis (2000-2001) & 2 years as a Freelance Automation Engineer implementing several projects on DCS, Security Access Control & Energy Management Systems.

He has 7 years teaching experience as Scientific collaborator of Automation Sciences Labs in Electronic Engineering & Computer Science Faculty of Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and as Instructor of Automation & Computer Science in Vocational Training Centers of North Greece (Certified by National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance - EOPPEP) (2005-2012).

He received a Master’s degree in Wireless Telecommunication Systems from Brunel University of London. He holds a Master’s degree in Robotics & Automation Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Information Technologies of Cyril & Methodius University in Skopje. His first degree is a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
