As a seasoned research professional, with more than 20 years of experience around the globe Odi resides in Dubai for the past 13 years. In Ipsos, he is Chief Research Officer for Customer & Employee Experience as well as channel performance service lines. Odi has lived in 5 countries and has consulted clients in 18 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa, ranging from UK to Afghanistan, and from Algeria to Bangladesh.
He specializes in Customer Experience Design & Measurement, and applied marketing research. He works with leading clients from Government, Finance, Telecoms, Retail, Automotive and Real Estate sectors on customer experience, employee engagement, and mystery shopping programs. He frequently presents at conferences on customer experience topics. Odisseas has won the Best Presentation Award for his UAE demographic measurement presentation at the Middle East ESOMAR conference in 2013.
Odisseas is an expert on advanced analytics, and has taught college level courses on research design, statistics, and manages training programs for clients on customer experience measurement and voice of the customer Programs. He also runs workshops to help companies enhance their delivery of customer experience.
Odisseas holds an MSc in Consumer Behaviour from INSEAD Management School in France, and an MBA in Services Marketing from University of Miami, USA.
