Milan is an experienced HR professional, specialized in Talent Management and passionate about technology. His professional career started at Adecco and continued in NIS Gazprom Neft where he held various Talent Acquisition positions, positions from senior to director. He successfully completed more than 4.000 placements and numerous projects before moving to Coca-Cola HBC. Working as Group Talent CoE Technology & Talent Sourcing Manager, he manages and supports multitude of initiatives (Talent Marketplace, ATS/CRM systems, Video Interviews, Digital and Gamified Assessments, custom built apps…) and leads the in-house Talent Sourcing team.

Milan holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management & Human Resources Management, from Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad where he is currently studying to obtain a Ph.D.
