Madlen Balatlian is the General Manager of e-satisfaction.com, the dominant Voice of Customer Solution in Greece. With a background in economics and marketing, Madlen has more than 10 years of experience in marketing & sales in both B2B & B2C organizations and ecommerce. She is a CX Aficionado, fascinated by the actionable insights one can derive from customer data and help businesses drive results and create exceptional experiences. The past 2+ years she has been involved in CX & Enterprise Feedback Management projects to improve operations and customer experience in large organizations from multiple industries, such as Retail & Automotive.

Prior to joining e-satisfaction.com, Madlen was the Head of Digital Marketing for the Balkans region at the Estée Lauder Companies and was responsible for the digital growth & investment of 4 countries (GR, BG, RO & CY) and numerous brands included in the company’s portfolio.
She holds an MSc in Marketing from ALBA Graduate Business School & a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
