Lily leads the CIO Practice at technology recruiter Harvey Nash and is responsible for the delivery of strategic technology appointments cross-sector, specialising in CIO, CTO, Digital Director, Innovation Director, Data Director and their reporting lines throughout the UK and Europe. She has a strong interest in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and is particularly interested in readdressing the balance of women in technology leadership positions, which has stalled at just 11% according to the latest Harvey Nash / KPMG CIO Survey.
