He has more than 20 years experience, in various roles in the HR function. He joined AB Vassilopoulos in 2002 and he serves in his current role as an Organizational Development Director since January 2016. His main responsibilities cover Learning, Development and Internal Recruiting in the frame of Talent Development.
Recently his role was enriched and Internal Communication, External Recruiting, and the respective department of HR Business Partners were added to his responsibilities.
He is member of Ahold-Delhaize Learning & Development, Leadership, Talent & Performance networks.
He holds a BA in Psychology from Kapodistrian University of Athens and a MSc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
