Konstantinos Vourloumis is a senior leader with a strong background in project and product management, currently overseeing three departments across the Code.Hub Group. He holds a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of West Attica and started his career managing international technology projects in nine countries and has since played a key role in shaping Code.Hub’s consulting and talent management approach.
Over the years, he has helped design models that promote growth, autonomy, and collaboration including the award-winning DevOps Infinity Career Path Model and the Manage your Manager framework, both aiming to empower people to take real ownership of their development.
