Jan Berger is the founder and chief executive of Themis Foresight, a Corporate Foresight thinktank based in Berlin, Germany. Jan is a historian and linguist by profession and started his career in publishing and media. He was the Russia executive of a Danish real estate developer and subsequently joined an award-winning fintech company. He was CEO of a German trend agency for 7 years before he founded Themis Foresight. Jan has worked and lived in four continents. He’s a sought-after sparring partner for industry executives, speaker, co-author of two books on the future of work and author of numerous future studies.
