Iro Ferentinou joined Pancreta Bank in 2021 and is the Chief Operating & Transformation Officer of the Bank.

She is an executive with demonstrated experience and has deep knowledge of financial services, having served senior roles in Greek Banking. Skilled across business and support functions with solid expertise in Operations.

Member of the Executive Committee at Pancreta Bank, presiding ESG SteerCo and being responsible for Transformation and Operations Excellence, including Bank’s new operating model, as well as ESG Strategy.

She holds an Executive MBA (Hons), Alba Business School.
