Since 2017, Irini has led human resources, communications, and ESG efforts at Cepal Hellas, a top service management company. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, financial services, and FMCG, she previously advised on recruitment and talent management, and coached C-level executives at KPMG. She also served as a fund manager at investment companies within the Alpha Bank Group.

Irini holds an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University and a BSc in Technology and Finance from the American College of Greece.
