Enhancing people talents at work is a career passion for Golfo Agapitou, an Organizational Psychologist and certified Coach with career track record both in Management Consulting and HR management roles. Corporate HR systems design, leadership development, organizational design, performance improvement, selection, coaching and corporate learning are her main expertise areas.

The first half of her career was dedicated to consulting organizations both in Greece and abroad in designing and implementing HR management systems that will support their organizational strategy. The second half is dedicated to in house HR in Eurobank, where she is the Head of People Talents, Assistant General Manager having the responsibility for Learning, Recruitment, Executive & Talent Development and Performance Management. Digital HR offerings that will enable people to perform at their best and organizations to shape a new culture in the digital era is the focus of her work for the past years which were dedicated in redesigning core Eurobank People Management systems. Highlights of this work include the launch of a new age Performance Management system, Learning Transformation, Digital Recruitment and the launch of a new generation Executive Development. Golfo is always active in academia, teaching at postgraduate level in her areas of expertise.
