Giorgos Svolis is a passionate HR professional, with a demonstrated experience for more than 15 years in several multinational organizations in diverse industries as retail, banking, insurance, and gaming sector. With an academic background in Marketing & Communication and Human Resources Management, he had the opportunity to be exposed almost to the full spectrum of HR fields. However, his greatest passion was and remains Learning & Development, where he is highly involved in Performance Management, Training, Succession, 360 and numerous other L&D related initiates. He is focused in delivering the best upskilling and reskilling solutions for his internal customers, based on their unique needs and following the global trends and best practices.

He has recently undertaken the role of Learning & Development & Internal Communication Director in OPAP, following a 5-years journey as L&D Manager. He is blessed to work in a human centric Company, that values diversity, innovation, and giving back to society. His most valuable asset is his Team, that empowers him to make his goals and vision come true.
