George is the HR Strategy Manager for Kaizen Gaming, one of the fastest growing companies across Europe, Americas and Africa. Responsible for transforming the employee experience for the 2,300 employees, George is accountable for sustaining and enhancing the company’s ever-growing culture.

With 10+ years of international HR experience, he has worked in the Financial (Royal Bank of Scotland), Telecommunications (Vodafone) and Technology (Kaizen Gaming) sectors and has created and implemented critical People strategies, mainly in the areas of EX, Leadership Development, Organisational Design, DEI and HR Strategy & Planning.

George holds an MSc in Business Management from Bayes Business School (Former Cass - City University London) and a Business Studies BSc from University of Macedonia.
