Georgina Severs is the Global Operations Lead in KPMG’s Global Customer Centre of Excellence supporting KPMGs global practice of over 1,500 client facing professionals. Georgina is responsible for guiding KPMG’s Customer First perspectives, insight generation and tooling across KPMG’s Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Service solutions in support of KPMG’s Global Customer front office transformation approach. Georgina has more than 20 years’ agency and in-house experience across go-to-market strategy, brand and marketing and has worked with leading international brands in London, Europe and U.S.A.
