Μr. Evangelos Kotsonis is the CEO and Co-Founder of e-satisfaction.com, leading Voice of the Customer solution. He has studied Computer Science at AUEB and holds an MSc. in Information Systems from AUEB as well. Mr. Kotsonis is a successful entrepreneur and also the Co-Founder of Sleed, one of the top 360o digital agencies in Greece, that has been awarded multiple times. He has contributed to multiple AUEB projects as a Researcher in the past and is a Member of the Board of GRECA (Greek Ecommerce Association). He has past experience in Security Consulting, with a 4 year experience in Adacom S.A.
