Elina Koulouri has over 20 years of experience in HR, starting her career in consulting and moving to senior HR roles in the FMCG and energy sectors. Currently, she holds the role of Chief People Officer in Printec Group, driving the people strategy for more than 950 highly qualified professionals across 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational & Organizational Psychology from Essex & Surrey University respectively.
