Elena Stassi joined Aktor Group as Chief Human Resources Officer in December 2023.

She has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, working in different organizations in various sectors, including Heavy Industry and Telecommunications, both in Greece and abroad.

Before Aktor, she worked at OTE (Hellenic Telecommunications) for eight years, holding various HR positions, the latest being Vice President Leadership Development in Germany, at the Central HR team of Deutsche Telekom, the Group’s parent company.

Previously, she worked at LafargeHolcim for thirteen years, three of which were at the Headquarters in Paris, France.
She is a Certified Coach and a member of The Boardroom, a global Institution aiming to provide a one – stop solution for aspiring Board Members.
