Elena Drecheva is Managing Director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Greece and Bulgaria. Her professional career in the IT sector has lasted more than 24 years. She studied Business Management and International Relations at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She has numerous certifications in sales, marketing, leading globally, digital transformation, design thinking, and project management. In 2017, she graduated from a leadership program at Stanford University.

She believes in empowering people, building strong teams, and creating a culture of excellence and collaboration. Her mission is to deliver value and quality to Konica Minolta clients and partners, and to make a positive impact on society and the environment through digital technology.
