Clare is an Associate Director and Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience advising clients in Value Creation, Deal Advisory and Strategy. As part of the EMA ESG Hub, she co-leads the KPMG CSDDD Task Force and supports ESG go-to-market, specialising in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Clare also has experience providing Financial Due Diligence and pre- and post-deal Synergies, Separation and Integration services to companies, using her professional-level French and Spanish across Europe and Latin America.
