Clairy Moraitou

Group Head of Customer, Brand and Market Insights, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd

Clairy has over 25 years of professional experience in different countries and cultural environments. She has worked with Shell, McKinsey, Eurobank and currently Zurich Insurance and has led teams on strategy, M&A, transformation and customer experience.
She is passionate about connecting the dots between strategy and implementation, engaging multiple stakeholders and teams and uniting them on a common journey to execute with the utmost impact. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and has also studied in Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
