Aristidis joined KPMG in 2008 as a junior advisor. Previously he has employed in the investment banking sector. Currently serves as a Director in KPMG Deal Advisory focusing on financial advisory and transaction support and deal strategy services to KPMG’s local and international listed / private clients. He has been involved in in numerous modeling transactions activities both in public and private sector. Indicative projects include financial due diligence, financial vendor due diligence, carve out models, integration and supporting of share purchase agreements, independent business plan reviews, preparation of business plans and financial modelling.
