Antigoni Τhemistokleous’ professional journey reflects a diverse international perspective, shaped by living and working in multiple different countries. 

Currently leading Global Talent, Leadership & Learning Programs for Siemens for the US and Americas, her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR, from strategic business partnering to organizational development. 

Antigoni holds an MSc in HR Management from the LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science), a BA in European Studies (University of Reading, UK & University of Geneva, Switzerland) and is Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).

Before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, USA where she currently resides since 2014, her career includes impactful tenures at JPMorgan in London, KPMG, and Siemens Greece.
