Andrea has ten years of professional experience in international corporate contexts and at EU institutions, hinging on the management and advice, especially of a legal and compliance nature, in a variety of projects in the areas of Compliance, Corporate Governance, Sustainability and the System of Internal Control and Risk Management (SCIGR). Andrea is also a lawyer of the Milan bar.

In particular, Andrea has a well-established specialization in the areas of:

• Human Rights and Environment due diligence (CSDDD);
• D. Lgs. no. 231/2001 with particular reference to the activities of legal analysis, assessment and implementation of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to the Decree;
• Governance structure: corporate governance activities for the proper management of compliance issues and to adequately report to the Board of Directors.
• Identification of processes/areas of activity affected by possible liability risks for the company and definition of related control and monitoring activities from a risk-based perspective. Analysis and implementation of enterprise risk management models and definition of master plans;
• Assistance to the Company bodies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Sustainability Committee, Supervisory Body) and support in the definition, execution and reporting of activities;
• Formalization of guidelines, policies, procedures, operating instructions and execution of the audit plan on behalf of the Boards;
• Definition of macro functional requirements in order to create Governance, Risk & Compliance IT platforms for integrated risk management.
