Nikos leads the business and operational efforts at a pioneering international RegTech startup. As the COO of norbloc, he takes a holistic, cross-functional view, ensuring the functionality of the business and operations and gears up the organization to drive efficient, extensive and sustainable growth, contributing to company’s scale up and success.
Nikos brings over 14 years of management consulting and industry experience with global financial services institutions and professional services companies such as PwC and ING in Europe and the Middle East. He has worked with a diverse group of Financial Services clients, across many regions, to deliver transformational solutions that have impacted people, process, and technology and delivered meaningful business value and benefits. He has significant experience in regulatory driven and AML/KYC compliance programs, while previously participated in the establishment of the first NPL & REO Special Servicer in Greece.
Nikos holds an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick (UK) and a BSc in Economics from Cardiff Business School (UK).
