Nikolaos Karafyllidis is the Chief Financial Officer for Greece and Cyprus at AstraZeneca and has been recognized in the CFO100 Powerlist. He brings more than a decade of experience in senior finance and business partnering roles across the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, with a strong focus on financial leadership, commercial strategy and value creation.
At AstraZeneca, he partners closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision making, drive business performance and advance key transformation priorities. He also plays an active role in sustainability initiatives, including the company’s electric vehicle fleet transformation.
He holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Piraeus and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.
