Ioannis Aidinis is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Committee member of DIAS Interbanking Systems S.A., the national interbank payments, clearing and settlement infrastructure in Greece. In this system critical and highly regulated environment, he leads Finance, Accounting, HR and Procurement functions, acting as a strategic partner on value creation, financial resilience and organizational effectiveness. His remit combines strong financial governance, risk awareness and control discipline along with the execution of digital and procedural transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening scalability, transparency and operational efficiency.  He is an experienced finance executive with an excellent track record of continuous progression in finance & business roles of increasing responsibility. Experience attained across sectors such as FMCG, Medical, Banking & Fintech. 
He holds an MSc in Banking & Finance from Cardiff Business School, and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.
