George Gkiastas is the Deputy CFO of ENTERSOFTONE, a major provider of cloud-based business software in South East Europe. ENTERSOFTONE employs more than 1,500 people and serves more than 90,000 customers across 4 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania).
George has expertise in M&A from his tenure at PwC UK, where he advised Corporate and Private Equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has also held Strategy and Finance roles with Vodafone Group in the UK, while he has experience operating in Private Equity environments, since he was in the Finance team of Pharmathen, before joining ENTERSOFTONE.
George Gkiastas graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business and holds an MSc from the University of Southampton, while he is also ACA-certified by the ICAEW.
