Founder, iGrow Venture Partners

Multi-dimensional global entrepreneur, venture capital investor and founder of iGroup (2007). Prior to founding iGroup Anastasios gained years of experience in the shipping industry, primarily in dry cargo, investment management as well as venture capital, and private equity. He focuses on investing in technology companies and has founded and holds interests in companies in Biotech, Fintech and Medtech. In 2023 he cofounded iGrow Venture Partners a venture capital firm focusing on transformative early-stage technology companies with a primary focus in Europe and the United States of America. iGrow is backed by institutional funds and big family offices from across the world with expertise in a wide array of industries. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of XYB Ltd. (www.xyb.co), the only stand-alone componentised banking platform and Chairman of Brockmans Gin (www.brockmansgin.com), one of the largest independent super premium gin producers worldwide.

In addition to his business career, Anastasios has taken an active role in non-profit organizations. At the United Nations, he has taken on the role of Advisory Board Member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) that assists Multilateral Diplomacy. From 2020 to 2022, he served as the Global Chairman of the Board of the largest CEO organization in the world, YPO (Young Presidents Organization), an organization with 34,000 members in 150 countries with USD 9 trillion annual combined revenues and more than 22 million employees.  In 2022 he became Global Chairman Emeritus of YPO. This gives him a 360-degree view of the global economy and global trends, and access to the best, most innovative ideas in the world. He also participates in Dragon’s Den as a Dragon with the aim to help young entrepreneurs in their ventures.

Anastasios graduated with Honors from Athens College. At Brasenose College Oxford he was awarded an Exhibition Award and holds MA and BA degrees in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University.
