Over the span of René’s 30+ year career with KPMG he has developed deep knowledge and expertise in retail, food and drink, and consumer products across Audit, Tax and Advisory. As Global Sector Head for Consumer & Retail, René is responsible for supporting many of the world’s largest international consumer organizations. Throughout his career, René has primarily served international clients and has held Advisory leadership positions in member firms across the KPMG network including The Netherlands, Denmark and, currently, France. René is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants
