Head of People Engagement, Eurobank

A seasoned HR professional, I have been conditioned to anticipate change, to work under change and to implement change in complex corporate structures. I have worked for Citi and Eurobank in multiple functional and generalist HR roles and I have headed HR for Eurobank Private Bank in Luxembourg. My functional focus has been Resourcing, Learning, Talent Assessment & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. As an HR Business Partner, I have supported several business lines by designing HR interventions aligned with organizational particularities and their strategic needs. I have extensively dealt with organizational development, business restructurings, companies and units mergers, staff redeployment and exit management. One of my core areas of interest is leadership modelling and development and I have worked as HR Advisor for senior business executives and for managers across hierarchies.

My recent challenge is to head People Engagement for Eurobank, a role that orchestrates design and implementation of initiatives and technologies that leverage employee experience, modernize employee and employer interface and nurture of a digital workplace culture.
